Director of Tap to Phone

📋 Description Launch Tap to Phone line from scratch; define vision and strategy. Develop GTM and marketing plan for the new business. Build the product financial model and unit economics. Build and lead a cross-functional team (≈5) across product, engineering, and delivery. Leverage existing infra and licenses to speed market entry. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher is preferred. English proficiency at B2–C1 level. Proven experience launching and scaling new products from scratch. Strong background in fintech, payments, or acquiring. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
