📋 Description Own and evolve DevOps and platform tooling, including pipelines, IaC, and cost optimization. Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for rapid product iterations. Improve observability via Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards for FinOps insights. Implement FinOps governance with showback and chargeback to drive cost accountability. Enable developer productivity with internal tooling and reusable modules. Help teams define and measure SLOs to set reliability standards. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering in high growth startups. Proficiency in Python or Go with strong software fundamentals. Ownership of production infra and tooling with debugging distributed systems. Experience designing secure robust infra for regulated government and financial environments. Deep experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
