📋 Description Own and improve the airframe loads development process and docs Collaborate with loads interface teams (aero, airframe, engine, prop) Provide static and fatigue loads consumable by downstream users Document loads assumptions and methods for traceability Support wind tunnel and flight test planning for loads and aeroelasticity Participate in loads compliance discussions with the FAA 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering or related field 10+ years in loads analysis/process development for air vehicles Strong knowledge of structural analysis, strength, fatigue Proficiency in Python and/or Matlab scripting Familiarity with software development best practices and version control Strong technical, written, and verbal communication; able to work solo or in teams 🎁 Benefits Reasonable accommodations available during the application process
