📋 Description Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to define platform requirements for benefits administration. Gather, analyze, and understand system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment. Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve platform questions and issues. Partner with Architect II to design solutions, ensure best practices, and identify downstream impacts. Complete Decision Support documents, work orders, and create requests for configuration and analyst resources. Partner with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to support platform configuration. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of implementation and/or project management experience 3-6 years experience gathering/analyzing data for writing system requirements and ETL processes 1-3 years experience writing test plans and test cases Experience with requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design and configuration Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language Ability to coordinate and conduct all levels of system and user acceptance testing 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive benefits package for full-time/part-time roles Eligible for annual bonus incentive plan
