Job Description
📋 Description Lead implementation with planning and engagement to meet go-live goals. Act as leader and trusted advisor to customers during implementation. Coordinate product training and configuration sessions for customers. Coordinate remote and on-site go-live support as required. Identify customer business and system needs to guide planning. Create and deliver weekly status reports and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree PMP certification in progress or obtained 5+ years PM experience in software implementation, client-facing Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, and PMBOK Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills Willingness to travel up to 10% to customer sites Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 🎁 Benefits Benefits-eligible position Health plans, paid time off, holidays, 401K with company match Equal opportunity employer
