📋 Description Lead and develop ~5 clinical AI ICs across two pods. Own the clinical AI roadmap, quality, and delivery. Hands-on projects: prompting, evaluation design, error analysis. Provide technical guidance and review team work. Ensure clinical quality with physician judgment in AI outputs. Coach ICs on planning, timelines, and proactive communication. 🎯 Requirements Physician (MD/DO) who completed residency and practiced clinically. 3-5+ years at a tech company after clinical practice. Managed direct reports at a tech company. Technically fluent: some coding, AI concepts; LLM product experience a plus. Strong executor: reliable, organized, proactive.
