📋 Description On-site IT contact for Toulouse new hires Provision Macs, Windows and Linux laptops via MDM tooling Manage end-user SaaS permissions (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian) Document new projects and IT systems Maintain/update IT docs repo (how-to’s, IT policy) in English Support AV conference rooms and facilities 🎯 Requirements 2+ years hands-on IT support Proficient English (spoken and written) Strong end-user support and customer service Experience with DNS, VPNs, VLANs Experience administering SaaS and SSO (Okta, Google Workspace, O365) Based in or relocate to Toulouse; on-site role 🎁 Benefits Equity; active role in Loft's success Up to 35 days PTO and flexible hours Health and life insurance Lunch vouchers Cross-office travel SF, CO, Toulouse Relocation assistance to Toulouse when applicable
