Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description Own day-to-day DLP operations and ongoing program development (monitoring, triage, tuning, docs). Serve as the internal SME for DLP tooling and processes. Administer Nightfall policies; investigate data-exfiltration alerts with Security. Manage SquareX Browser Detection and Response to secure browsers and data. Administer Jamf and support endpoint management and patching. Remediate workstation vulnerabilities via CrowdStrike, coordinating with end users. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of IT admin across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support. Strong experience administering Jamf and supporting managed endpoints. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve unfamiliar problems. Experience owning operational programs, including monitoring, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Ability to triage incidents, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
