📋 Description Own Okta administration: SSO, SCIM provisioning, onboarding/offboarding workflows. Automation development: Workato, n8n, Okta Workflows, APIs to reduce manual work. IT support: resolve tickets, troubleshoot network issues, handle A/V for meetings. User account management: provisioning/deprovisioning for onboarding/offboarding. Infrastructure improvement: enhance reliability, security, and scalability. SaaS tool management and Mac support: Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom; Mac fleet. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering in SaaS/tech. Deep Okta administration: SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle. Automation: Workato, n8n, Okta Workflows to reduce manual work. API integrations across SaaS tools. Manage and optimize SaaS portfolio: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian. Mac enterprise support; Windows devices in mixed fleet. Multi-project prioritization with minimal supervision.
