Job Description
📋 Description Lead design and development of integrated thermal lubrication systems from concept to production Design and specify pumps, filters, heat exchangers, and related system components Develop system architectures that optimize thermal management and lubrication performance Create CAD models, drawings, and system specifications Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize for production Perform 1D system modeling and simulation with GT-Power, AMESim, or MATLAB/Simulink 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field Minimum 5+ years in fluid, lubrication, or thermal management design Proficiency in CAD (NX or Creo) and 2D drawings; experience with GT-Power/AMESim/MATLAB/Simulink Fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics; manufacturing knowledge for fluid components Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written/verbal communication; collaborative, fast-paced work style Willingness to travel for testing and supplier visits; safety-first engineering practices 🎁 Benefits Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion Reasonable accommodations available for applicants Information about candidate privacy policy is provided We do not engage with external recruiting agencies without prior agreement
