Senior Product Manager - Autonomous Agents

📋 Description Own the Autonomous Agents roadmap end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, spec, delivery, outcomes. Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements with CS, Delivery, and RevOps. Partner with Applied Research and Data Science to define evaluation criteria and quality gates. Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, QA, and Delivery on scope, dependencies, and launch readiness. Establish instrumentation and telemetry to measure usage, reliability, and outcomes. Run cadence: quarterly roadmaps, monthly scope lock, weekly reviews, and launch readiness. 🎯 Requirements Engineering degree with 5+ years of progressive PM experience; MBA a plus. Proven ownership of a complex, multi-surface product area for enterprise customers. Deep understanding of conversational AI and agentic systems (LLM reasoning, tool calling). Agent orchestration patterns (supervisor/sub-agent, planning loops, HITL escalation). Production observability for AI agents: tracing, logging, alerting, failure analysis. Strong technical fluency: APIs, distributed systems, cloud, and AI/ML deployment.
