📋 Description Develop and execute Andela's global PR strategy Lead executive thought leadership and product announcements Build relationships with journalists and media outlets Manage PR agencies; set goals and ensure results Advise executives with messaging and briefing materials Oversee press releases, bylines, and media pitches 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in corporate communications, PR, and AR; 3–5 years at senior manager Demonstrated success leading PR and AR programs in B2B tech or professional services Proven experience managing external agencies and direct reports Deep relationships with tech media and industry analysts Experience with Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, or similar Strong project management, executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite
