📋 Description Perform receiving inspections of PCBA and avionics assemblies. Travel ~80% to supplier sites for source inspections and audits. Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation. Stay current with avionics standards, regulations, and best practices. Provide guidance and training on avionics quality inspection techniques. Maintain a safe, organized work environment per safety regulations. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years as a PCBA Inspector in manufacturing, preferably quality. Travel up to 50-80% to supplier sites for source inspections. Proficient in solder joints, crimping, conformal coating, staking, and SMT per NASA-8739/IPC. Knowledge of cable harness inspection per NASA-STD-8739.3/4 and IPC-A-620. Experience conducting continuity tests using DMM and portable meters.
