Lead bid reviews, debriefs and lessons learned. 🎯 Requirements Mastery: Excellent bid writer with track record in PM, controls, cost, or data/digital. Experience in construction, infrastructure, data centre delivery, or UK public sector. Built or improved bid infrastructure (library, case studies) and used PandaDoc. Strong communication to challenge directors and lead SMEs. Leadership: self-starter who can drive urgency across multiple bids.
