📋 Description Manage WAN/LAN/SD-WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls Configure and test network hardware; document changes Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure support and incident recovery Monitor network performance and report to management Coordinate with Global network team and IT management Travel to AMER offices for hardware upgrades and onsite support 🎯 Requirements At least 3 years network engineering at a company with 10+ locations Experience deploying/configuring Cisco Meraki network appliances Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related area 5 years of related technical experience including 2-3 years' end-user support in Office 365/Win10/Mac Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches Experience with firewalls, web filtering solutions and Microsoft Server OS/Exchange 2010/Office 365 🎁 Benefits Discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package
