📋 Description Lead design and implementation of backend systems. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ship reliable services. Prioritize security, scalability, and uptime for web services and financial software. Review teammates' work and provide constructive feedback. Mentor others and coach on security best practices. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of full-time programming in a team environment. Experience making architectural decisions for existing and new systems. Server-side tech: Unix/Linux, Golang, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB. Networking and Network Security proficiency. Security: XSS, SQL Injection, SSL, session hijacking.
