📋 Description Manage day-to-day advancement of powered-land opportunities from intake to readiness. Own utility application and interconnection follow-through across active powered-land opportunities. Scope and manage external studies and consultant workstreams to validate readiness. Track development schedules, dependencies, risks, site-readiness milestones, and budgets. Translate findings into schedule, budget, and risk implications; escalate blockers. Partner with land, environmental, economic development, and community leads to align progress. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in energy infrastructure, energy/project development, or related delivery roles. Strong understanding of utility coordination, interconnection processes, and development scheduling. Experience managing multi-party workstreams across developers, utilities, consultants, and agencies. Ability to track multiple complex sites concurrently and translate uncertainty into clear actions.
