📋 Description Direct the operational, financial, and personnel activities of Patient Accounts. Achieve established performance targets across Health Care. Confer with physicians and managers to resolve problems and optimize service. Serve as liaison between Patient Accounts and physicians, staff, public, payors. Manage relationships and processes to maximize results. Promote collaboration and service excellence in the department. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading revenue cycle operations in healthcare. Knowledge of third-party payor regulations and compliance. Billing, credit/collections, cash control, and insurance operations. Ability to develop long-range access planning and reimbursement strategies. Coordinate financial reporting with accounting and compliance.
