📋 Description Build and operate high-performance, multi-tenant distributed storage (Go/Rust, Kubernetes). Deliver components across the file/block stack with senior and staff engineers. Improve reliability, durability, and observability with telemetry and dashboards. Debug prod issues in distributed systems; ship lasting fixes. Collaborate cross-functionally with compute, platform, and infra teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field. 6–10 years building storage/distributed systems or infra services. Hands-on with distributed file systems and/or block storage (NFS/POSIX, durability, snapshots). Deep IO performance, caching, small-file workloads, and crash resilience. Experience with multi-tenant storage control planes: provisioning, tenancy, quota.
