📋 Description Own end-to-end storage subsystems from data path to multi-tenant control plane. Work on distributed storage using Go, Rust, C++, and Kubernetes. Design high-performance file storage and durable block volumes at exabyte scale. Implement CSI drivers, dynamic provisioning, snapshots, resize, and RWO volumes. Improve IO patterns for AI pipelines: small files and metadata-heavy workloads. Improve reliability and observability with telemetry and dashboards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering or related field. 10+ years in storage systems, DB internals, or infra engineering. Track record shipping storage or DB systems (founder/lead, published). Production experience with distributed FS, block storage, or engines (NFS/S3). Deep expertise in storage data path: IO, caching, crash resilience. Expert in Rust, C++, or Go. Kubernetes experience: controllers, operators, CRDs, CSI. Strong debugging and problem-solving in distributed, high-perf environments.
