Staff Software Engineer – CTV Ad Server

📋 Description Influence product and platform architecture across AdServer teams. Oversee design and implementation of core platform components. Own end-to-end technical direction for the AdServer platform. Lead design of reliable, scalable, low-latency backend services. Drive research into emerging technologies and proofs-of-concept. Act as a technical escalation point across teams and unblock cross-cutting problems. 🎯 Requirements 14+ years hands-on C/C++ development in Linux/UNIX; Go is a strong plus. Define architecture across multiple teams or a full platform; track record. Deep proficiency in algorithms and data structures. Extensive design/architecture experience for complex, scalable, low-latency systems. Ability to write and review ADRs and communicate trade-offs clearly.
