Operations Manager

📋 Description Take responsibility for Butternut's operational performance in Benelux. Set up and manage day-to-day ops with regional 3PLs (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch). Oversee last-mile delivery performance to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Implement and optimise KPIs, including OTIF and delivery experience. Coordinate logistics for inbound goods from the UK and Poland (import & customs). Forecast volumes for box packing and courier collections; maintain stock at hubs. 🎯 Requirements Growth mindset; scale ops and build new markets. Deep logistics and 3PL management experience in fast-paced environments. Strong relationship builder with 3PL partners. Proactive problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity. Data-driven and highly organised; interpret metrics to guide decisions.
