📋 Description Lead end-to-end fraud analytics investigations from scope to insights. Build and maintain fraud health metrics over time. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for teams. Research emerging fraud trends to deepen expertise. Manage and mentor a team of 6–9 fraud analysts. Partner with Product to inform the fraud roadmap. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in fraud, risk, or product analytics; SQL fluency. People management experience or a clear growth trajectory. Go deep on IC analytics while growing into management. Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences. Sharp eye for patterns and anomalies; critical thinking.
