📋 Description Build and extend Salesforce functionality (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and tools Design and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline health and GTM metrics Own data hygiene across Salesforce and connected GTM systems Serve as first line of end-user support for lead routing and SLA issues Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered GTM workflows (deal scoring, risk detection) 🎯 Requirements 5+ years Salesforce technical admin or developer experience 5+ years supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams Knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations Experience testing/deploying solutions with source control and Salesforce Metadata API Experience automating processes with custom objects and complex logic Practical GTM concepts: pipeline, forecasting, territories, and compensation planning 🎁 Benefits $4000/yr Travel Stipend Health insurance coverage up to 100% for you and family $350/mo Productivity stipend $350/mo AI stipend $500 one-time home office stipend Equity in the company
