📋 Description Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Manage picking, packing, routing, and dispatching activities. Lead a warehouse team including drivers; mentor and develop staff. Enforce SOPs and safety standards to maintain service quality. Use NetSuite, RF Smart, Shopify, and Hubspot to streamline processes. Drive process improvements to cut costs and improve efficiency. 🎯 Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; strong customer focus. 5+ years of people leadership; able to manage a team. Able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to work 2nd/3rd shift. Basic technical skills and quick learner of the Odeko platform; forklift a plus. Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen or continuous improvement experience.
