📋 Description Lead regional ops across multiple small-to-medium warehouse and delivery centers. Manage Site GMs and Site Leads to deliver on-time, full, damage-free. Own regional fleet performance: utilization, cost per delivery, maintenance. Travel ~40% to coach sites and calibrate execution across facilities. Hold full P&L and annual budgeting for the region. Develop scalable SOPs and leadership bench across sites. 🎯 Requirements Industry exp: 10–12+ years in warehousing/logistics. Multi-site leadership: experience managing Site GMs across portfolio. Fleet & Last-Mile expertise; DOT compliance knowledge. Leadership: 7–10 years supervising direct reports. Regulatory knowledge: DOT, OSHA, HACCP, food safety.
