📋 Description Lead and shoot content solo (phone-first, UGC, simple setups) Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio on shoots Direct and coach creator talent on shoots Coordinate studio scheduling and equipment for concurrent shoots Partner with editors post-shoot to hand off footage with context Assist with studio and office operations — inventory and day-to-day readiness 🎯 Requirements 1+ years of hands-on production or directing/coaching on-camera talent Working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces on shoot days Avid social media consumer with a real read on short-form trends Calm and solutions-oriented when shoots don't go as planned Eager to grow into a full Content Producer with practice 🎁 Benefits Full-time, in-office position based in NYC, five days/week Growth path to Content Producer with mentorship Company-paid health, dental, and vision $300/month commuter benefit Annual team offsites (Tulum, MX and Hokkaido, JP)
