📋 Description Supervise and support a small claims team with daily direction and coaching. Manage your own active caseload of complex, litigated WC claims end-to-end. Escalate difficult claims and coordinate with TPAs, carriers, and defense counsel. Review coverage decisions, reserves, and settlements per guidelines. Conduct regular file audits and quality reviews to improve performance. Onboard and train new claims staff on PEO workflows and state compliance. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in a TPA or PEO claims environment. Mentoring or leading peers or junior claims staff. Working knowledge of WC regulations across multiple states. Strong reserving skills and understanding of indemnity, medical and expense components. Proficiency with claims management systems and RMIS platforms.
