📋 Description Design and build AI-native systems, incl. RAG pipelines and agentic workflows. Move ideas from prototype to production to support real users. Set model strategy: prompting, fine-tuning, or alternative approaches. Instrument and evaluate outputs; define evaluation frameworks and guardrails. Own deployment, monitoring, latency, cost, and reliability at scale. Contribute across frontend/backend to ship complete AI products. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems (RAG, tools, agent orchestration). Set technical direction for AI across teams; establish architectural patterns. Own outcomes across teams; drive alignment with product and engineering. Strong model evaluation skills; design evaluation suites; mitigate hallucinations. Solid understanding of transformers and diffusion models; know when to apply.
