📋 Description Lead and develop the Data Governance team. Own foundational governance: metadata, taxonomy, glossary. Run ongoing governance programs: asset certification, data quality. Own the data catalog (Atlan) and drive adoption. Set and enforce certification standards across assets. SME for Data & Analytics; drive cross-functional adoption. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in data roles (analytics/engineering/governance) with SQL and dbt. 3+ years in people management leading ICs. Experience owning data governance programs and standards. Strong SQL; dbt and dimensional modeling experience. Experience with data catalogs or governance tools (Atlan, Alation, Collibra).
