📋 Description Design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy production ML models. Build recommendation, ranking, and personalization systems. Apply RL, contextual bandits, online learning to improve outcomes. Design systems balancing exploration and exploitation with multiple objectives. Develop reward/feedback models from noisy or delayed signals. Work with logged interaction data to improve decisions and reduce bias. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree or PhD in CS, Statistics, Applied Math, EE, Physics, or other quantitative field. 5+ years building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production. Strong experience with modern deep learning frameworks and production ML workflows. Experience with one or more of: recommendation, ranking, personalization, RL, contextual bandits, or online learning. Strong Python and SQL skills.
