📋 Description Co-host developer meetups with ecosystem partners and speakers. Sponsor hackathons that attract ML/AI Infra engineers. Own and grow the webinar program; identify topics and speakers. Run creative events that break the standard (screenings, art shows). Help community members run Modal events; build playbooks and support. Turn events into content and campaigns with Marketing. Own events end-to-end: venues, speakers, logistics, and follow-up. Track attendance and downstream signups; optimize what's working. 🎯 Requirements Track record running events or building community; point to specific successes. Well-connected to SF AI/dev scene; form partnerships and spot trends. Strong written and verbal communication; represent Modal to developers. Good judgment on which events or sponsorships are worth pursuing. Organized and self-directed; manage many events and partnerships. Comfortable working in SF in a fast-paced startup.
