Solutions Engineer

📋 Description Bridge between enterprise clients and Xendit product/engineering. Partner with Account Executives and Managers to drive technical wins in complex sales. Architect payment solutions across 7-market licensed infra and guide integration. Lead discovery, architecture, demos, and ensure technical credibility. Travel as needed to client sites. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in client-facing technical role (payments/fintech/SaaS). Strong APIs, webhooks, and SDKs knowledge; read code samples. Familiar with payment flows, acquiring, FX, payouts. Experience with regional/global enterprise clients. Technical Fluency: bridge business and engineering; whiteboard architecture.
