📋 Description Collaborate with Disease Biology and Therapeutic Protein Design to set targets. Design engineering strategies to optimize affinity, specificity, and developability. Express, purify, and characterize proteins and antibodies using chromatography. Coordinate binder discovery campaigns; prioritize screening; interpret results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize molecules toward clinical development. Mentor junior staff and manage CROs for outsourced production and assays. 🎯 Requirements Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, or related field. 4+ years industry biotech/biopharma R&D for large molecule programs. Extensive hands-on protein engineering experience with antibodies and proteins. Deep expertise in antibody formats, production, purification, and characterization.
