Director of Operations

📋 Description Owns end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier to customer delivery. Manages carrier relationships and in-transit performance; owns shipping claims. Owns returns-to-supplier workflow (RMA) with Sr. Ops Program Manager. Leads People & Ops Managers and the Analytics Manager; sets priorities. Leads process optimization and automation projects using AI. Proactively identifies failure points across the order lifecycle; adds safeguards. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of operations management experience, including 3+ years leading managers or multi-team functions Experience owning supplier, logistics/carrier, or fulfillment relationships at scale Comfortable in dynamic, fast-growing environments; startup experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues before they surface Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making Bachelor's degree required 🎁 Benefits Fully remote role based in Argentina Fast-paced startup culture with rapid decision-making Travel up to 15% for supplier or carrier site visits
