📋 Description Develop DNA-based assays using NGS in a regulated, high-throughput environment. Apply molecular biology and nucleic-acid biochemistry to assay design. Characterize automated assays by generating and analyzing data. Collaborate with research and computational teams to analyze data and conclusions. Present data in cross-functional teams. Support troubleshooting and design of experiments with supervision. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's with 1+ year experience or Master's in molecular biology. Hands-on NGS-based assay development: sample prep, library prep, target capture. Biology: cfDNA, single-cell biology, or immunology; Python or R. High attention to detail; accurate observations and troubleshooting. Flexible, eager to learn; adaptable to changing priorities; clear communication.
