📋 Description Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets. Develop business cases and GTM plans for new products and partnerships. Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Ops to implement initiatives. Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies. Align cross-functional growth priorities and report progress. Contribute to building scalable models leveraging WIN’s tech and AI platforms. 🎯 Requirements MBA from a top tier or competitive business school in India. 5+ years total experience, incl. 2–3 years post-MBA in strategy or growth. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred. Cross-functional collaboration to drive clarity and execution.
