📋 Description Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care. Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology. Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve patient experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys.
