📋 Description Execute end-to-end settlement ops for institutional clients on time. Reconcile activity across systems; validate on-chain transactions. Maintain docs and runbooks; drive resilience and audits. Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. Stay current with evolving crypto markets and regulatory requirements. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support. Strong attention to detail; manage multiple time-sensitive workflows. Experience reconciling transactions across systems; investigate breaks. Familiarity with blockchain concepts; use explorers to validate transactions. Clear communication with ownership and risk-aware mindset.
