Member of Protocols - Client Success & Operations Manager, Token Vesting

📋 Description Own the full client lifecycle for token vesting protocols from demo to onboarding. Hybrid role blending client management with hands-on data/operational work. Serve as primary contact for protocol clients (pre/post-launch) and handle data/integration. Grow into a prospect-closing function and build analytics to surface insights. Crypto background with commercial instinct and tech/data fluency is a bonus. 🎯 Requirements Crypto background with credibility with protocol teams and token vesting concepts. Blend of client-facing experience and technical/operational execution ability. Strong data and spreadsheet skills; data validation and QC. Experience with API configuration or technical integration work. Strong communication; manage high meeting volume and multiple relationships.
