Disclosure Support Specialist

📋 Description Serve as primary contact for disclosure inquiries; escalate to Disclosure Desk Manager as needed Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before disclosures and LE Prepare Loan Estimates; confirm fees/pricing; release to borrowers via e-Sign Send disclosures timely; track outstanding disclosures via e-Sign or paper Identify odd/missing fees before disclosure; contact originators to resolve Update LOS to document disclosures generated and provided to the consumer 🎯 Requirements 2–3 years in mortgage operations; retail mortgage lending preferred High school diploma or GED; comparable work experience considered Experience with Encompass or a similar LOS Knowledge of TILA/TRID, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, FCRA, FACTA, ESIGN Experience with conventional and government loan types Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization 🎁 Benefits PTO as needed Comprehensive insurance coverage 401(k) match Stock option grants Stock purchase plan Ownership culture at PLACE
