📋 Description Own Women’s Knits & Sweaters Tops segment; drive merchandising strategies. Curate seasonal line plans and assortments across brands. Analyze sales, inventory, and client feedback to manage open-to-buy. Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with vendors for profitability. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years in retail buying/merchandising (women’s tops preferred). Deep knowledge of retail math, metrics, and lifecycle planning. Market buying; multi-vendor matrix; negotiate margin/AUC. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel; data analytics tools. Ability to travel up to 30%.
