📋 Description Monitor domain reputation and mailbox health across 10–12 client projects daily. Run warmup and counter-measures for reputation dips (manual warmup, spam recovery, pacing). Set up email sequences in Reply.io and Instantly: templates, leads, scheduling. Diagnose deliverability issues (bounces, DMARC, blacklists, content flags) and resolve. Configure DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Custom Tracking Domains. Verify templates against spam triggers before launch. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience with domain warmup, email reputation monitoring, and bounce analysis. Working knowledge of DNS records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup. Experience with outreach platforms: Reply.io, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar. A systematic daily process you can describe; you build checklists, not firefighting. Resilience to change; Belkins evolves regularly. English: intermediate+ written. Background in technical support at a domain registrar or email platform.
