📋 Description Oversee daily BRUNT 3PL operations to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Optimize outbound distribution, returns, and inventory across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels. Manage 3PL partnerships, KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards. Lead capacity planning for future warehouses, labor, space, and equipment. Drive continuous improvement with best practices, technology, and data-driven decisions. Own quarterly business reviews with 3PL partners and action plans. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in 3PL management or distribution ops; multi-location preferred. WMS and ERP experience; NetSuite preferred. Proven ability to manage 3PL relationships, SLAs, and KPIs. Knowledge of parcel, LTL/FTL, routing guides, retailer compliance, chargebacks. Experience managing 3PL budgets, invoices, rate cards, and cost improvements.
