📋 Description Provide advanced technical application support at customer sites and conferences. Perform BLI analysis of samples: specificity, kinetics, affinity. Lead pre- and post-sales demos, seminars, and training for customers. Develop and transfer expert knowledge via hardware/software training. Create and update application notes and teaching manuals. Stay informed on new tech through research and publications. 🎯 Requirements PhD or MS with 5+ years in label-free tech (BLI/SPR). Experience with BLI and SPR instrumentation. Immunoassay development experience ELISA is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Travel up to 50% and remote/on-site work.
