Junior Product Manager

📋 Description Own product definition and delivery for Garage Hub and Driveline. Design systems for order management, catalog ingestion, and data quality. Collaborate with Engineering to plan releases for workflows and scale. Translate shipping, pricing, and inventory constraints into requirements. Partner with Operations to resolve pain points and drive adoption. Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to needs. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work. Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to stakeholders. Operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Other duties as assigned. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from a top academic institution. 2-6+ years in product management in B2B, marketplace, or data-heavy settings. Strong business judgment with impact on cost and scalability. Proven ability to ship and iterate complex products quickly. Cross-functional experience with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics. Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements. Data-driven mindset with metrics, dashboards, and analysis. Strong organizational and execution skills with delivery focus. Comfortable in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments; startup experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication around requirements and decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM/analytics tools.
