📋 Description Develop and execute mechanical test plans (stress, vibration, shock, drop) Simulate real-world conditions with test rigs and environmental chambers. Use precision instruments to collect and analyze data. Identify failures and perform root-cause analysis with design engineers. Design test routines to validate mechanical robustness of hardware. Maintain documentation of testing procedures and results. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in mechanical testing, validation, and failure analysis for electronics. BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Hands-on HALT, HASS, ALT and environmental screening. Vibration, shock, drop, thermal cycling, humidity, fatigue testing. CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, ANSYS) for jigs and tests.
