Employer policy
Sponsored listing policy
AnywhereRoles is currently running a no-charge, manual featured-listing beta. We are not selling placements yet. This policy explains the rules that apply now and the conditions for any future sponsored listing.
What can be featured
A role must link to a live employer-controlled careers page or ATS, clearly state remote eligibility and geographic limits, and provide accurate title, company, compensation, and employment information.
We reject expired, duplicate, ambiguous, commission-only, fee-based, suspicious, or misleading roles. A submission never guarantees placement.
Labels and ranking
No-charge beta roles are labeled Featured. Any paid placement will be labeled Sponsored clearly and consistently before a job seeker opens or applies to it.
Sponsorship can improve visibility, but it will not remove filters, hide source attribution, change an employer's original application link, or make an ineligible role appear relevant to a search.
Duration, review, and removal
Each placement has a defined visibility window. We recheck its destination while it is featured and remove it promptly if it expires, changes materially, becomes misleading, or receives a credible quality report.
We may refuse or remove a placement to protect job seekers, comply with source permissions, or preserve the integrity of search results.
Reporting and privacy
Future placement reporting will use aggregate views and application- link clicks. We do not sell or disclose job-seeker identities, application contents, or private account data to advertisers.
Future paid listings
A paid test will begin only after the beta demonstrates repeated employer demand and candidate value, commercial hosting is in place, and the listing workflow can distinguish a paid sponsored placement from a no-charge featured beta role. Pricing and any material policy changes will be published before a paid offer is accepted.
