📋 Description

• Own and evolve LearnLux’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate company mission into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
• Develop deep understanding of members, clients, and market to identify opportunities
• Define how we measure product success and connect engagement to financial outcomes
• Lead product direction across member experience and platform capabilities
• Ensure global considerations (localization, privacy, regulation, data) are built into product

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience building, scaling, or evolving a strong product organization
• Experience owning product strategy and translating it into clear priorities and measurable outcomes
• Track record of materially improving engagement, retention, customer behavior, or other meaningful
• Proven people leadership across Product Managers and Designers
• Experience across both customer-facing products and the platforms or infrastructure that enable them
