Transformation Associate

📋 Description

• Turn data into insight: analyze adoption and usage data, build models, dashboards, impact analyses
• Build playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable methodology
• Capture best practices and synthesize lessons from strategic transformation engagements
• Build executive-ready communications: crisp narratives, decks, one-pagers for senior partners and
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success
• Synthesize learnings into internal knowledge and external thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB — McKinsey, BCG, Bain — or equivalent)
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills, deeply comfortable in Excel/Sheets
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau) or SQL is a plus
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work in legal, financial services, or
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
